Chulu east peak (6,584 m) is one another most popular peaks for climbing in Nepal, located in the north western Nepal in Annapurna region. Chulu east peak is located to the south-east of Chulu west, situated at above the Manang valley. This peak was said to have first climbed by German expedition team in 1955. Chulu east peak is one another most amazing view point for having incredible mountain vistas including of Mt. Annapurna I (8,091 m), Mt. Annapurna II (7,939 m), Mt. Annapurna III (7,555 m), Mt. Annapurna IV (7,525 m), Mt. Dhaulagiri (8,163 m), Mt. Manaslu (8,163 m), Mt. Gangapurna (7,455 m), Glacier Dome (7,193 m), Tilicho Peak (7,134 m) to name a few. During the trip you will pass through a number of mountain passes, rocky and sloppy hills filled with snow, incredible landscapes, terraced farm field, steamy jungle full of flora and fauna. Chulu East climbing trip begins with a short drive from Kathmandu to Beshisahar and continues trekking through Bahundanda via Bagarchap and Chame you will enter in to Yak Kharka and then finally takes you to Chulu east base camp at 5,140 m altitude, where you will have a rest for acclimatization and then once you are ready, you will climb to the peak and then you retrace to the base camp and spend one more day for exploring and to have excursion around and then you will retrace down to Mangang valley, densely populated by Manangi ethnic groups and rest for a day and the you continue your journey to Muktinath by crossing Thorung La Pass (5,416 m) and then finally get back to Jomsom and then fly back to Pokhara, subsequently fly to Kathmandu.
