Indigenous trek also known as Indigenous Peoples trails or IPs trails is located to the eastern part of Nepal, in Ramechhap district. The trek revolves around the Sailung valley, which is nestled by Thulo Sailung peak (3,100 m) to the north, the Sun Koshi River flowing to the south and the Tama Koshi to the east. This trekking trail has been developed as home stay trip in the eastern Nepal. Indigenous trek begins with one day drive from Kathmandu to Dhunge, in Dolakha district and then start trekking to Khola Kharka (3,146 m), where you will enjoy with panoramic view and landscapes of Sailung region and then continue trekking to Sailung valley, where you will stroll around Buddhist Monastery, explore the Sherpa culture, walking through steamy jungle, you will continue trekking to Surkey, where you will explore the Thami indigenous peoples culture.
