Lower Dolpo trek begins with a short drive from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj subsequently to Juphal airport in Dolpa and follows the trail north to the Dho-Tharap valley, and continues through through high mountain passes-- namely Num La Pass (5,318 m) and Bega La Pass (5,190 m) and descend down to Shy Phoksundo lake and then navigate all around the Dolpo region and finally get back to Jupal airport and fly back to Nepalgunj and then Kathmandu.
