Rolwaling valley is a narrow mountain valley situated at 3,690 m altitude, just south of the Tibetan border, west of Mahalangur range below Gauri Shankar Himalayan range. Rolwaling trek begins with a short drive from Kathmandu to Barabise and then the trail passes through Tinsang la pass and then descends down to Bigu Gomba, and then alongside of Bhotekosi river, finally takes you to Rollwaling valley, one of the most remote and mysterious mountain valley and after making an excursion around, you will continue trekking to Beding and Na Gaun and then ascend up to Tso Rolpa lake side, and finally get down to Simi Gaun, Gongar, Surya Dovan, and finally to Charikot then drive back to Kathmandu.
